The Cup Is Near
The Stanley Cup will be awarded soon, and the pool winner will soon be crowned. It's going down to the wire as Ron Wener tries to outlast '99 champ Vince Brescia.

Roy was the only thing to land in his net.

Patrick's Revenge June 7
Patrick Roy made up for his Game 4 gaffe with a big shutout to force a game seven. The shutout has lifted Aksel Lielmanis and Ralph Ditchburn into the Dash for Cash as longshots.

Devils on the Verge June 4
Ron Wener's making big plans for the cash as New Jersey is one win away from the Cup. Meanwhile, Andrea Swanson, who was closing the gap on second in the Colorado group, has been hurt by the loss of Jason Arnott.

If At First You Don't Succeed... June 2
...keep shooting. The Devils outshot the Avs 35-12 but only managed to win by one goal. Patrick Roy was phenomenal between the pipes but not behind the net.

Bourque's Shot Lifts Avs May 31
Ray Bourque's third-period goal lifted Colorado to a 2-1 series lead. But not many pool points tonight, strengthening the leaders' grip in the Dash for Cash.

Devils Eke Out the Win May 29
New Jersey has tied the series, assuring a Game 5 and thus more points in the pool. Patrick Sheahan has moved into second place in the Devils Dash for Cash, while John Lee has moved into fifth on the Colorado list.

Roy Gets the Shutout in Game 1 May 26

Devils Close Out the Series May 22
To no one's surprise, the New Jersey Devils have won their series against Pittsburgh, setting up the final everyone expected. It's been a tough couple days for Camillo Cipriano, who lost 5 players, and Tim Smith, 4. Tonight's victims were Mario Lemieux, 26 picks, Jaromir Jagr, 18, Alexei Kovalev, 2, Martin Straka, 1, and Hans Jonsson, 1. Jonsson didn't register a point in his 16 games.

Bourque Gets His Chance May 21
Ray Bourque will appear in his 3rd Stanley Cup final with hopes of finally winning his first. With Colorado's five-game victory over st. Louis, 13 pool picks are eliminated, including 5 of Al Macinnis, 3 of Chris Pronger, 2 each of Tkachuk and Turgeon, and 1 of Demitra.
