ReplyGimme a break, Mitch!!! From:

Ottawa was clearly out played by a better team last night. Yes, Brodeur held his own, made some unbelievable stops to kill Ottawa's momentum in the second period after the Sens goal, but that's what you get paid to do when you are the best goalie in the world. Brodeur was key to the victory, but he had nothing to do with the Sens anemic PP while being up a man for 8 of the first 12 minutes of the 1st period, and the Sens being down 2-0 after 1.

Brodeur had nothing to do with the Sens not hustling Madden's goal.

He had nothing to do with the missed or fanned one timers, the one to many passes, or Chris Neil's ill-timed, dumb penalties.

Why can't you just state the facts: Ottawa LOST. L-O-S-T. Come on now, you are a professional writer, so I know you can spell.
L-O-S-T. LOST. Rhymes with cost, as in Wade Redden's jumping out of the way of Stevenson's check may have cost him an injury.

See you in the swamp.
